This document explains how we process your personal data, what your rights are and how you can exercise them.
The purpose of processing your personal data depends on your relationship with VOISS, and may be for: (i) the execution of a service provision contract; (ii) membership of the Experts network; (iii) response to surveys; (iv) optimizing your interaction with us; (v) promoting our services and benefits; (vi) market analysis and research; (vii) drawing up consumer profiles; (viii) executing targeted advertising; (ix) security; (x) regular exercise of rights in judicial or administrative proceedings. |
A VOISS uses legal bases, which may vary according to the purpose of collection, to process your personal data. The storage period may change depending on the legal basis applicable to each situation and the purpose.
- BASIC CONCEPTS: WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW TO UNDERSTAND THIS POLICY?
In order to simplify the reading of this document, we present some useful definitions for its interpretation. These terms will be used in capital letters:

- HOW AND WHAT TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA DOES THE COMPANY PROCESS?
The types of personal data and how the Company collects it depend on How do you relate to VOISS and why?. For example, the personal data collected will be different depending on whether you are a user of our website, a customer, a partner, or an employee.
We may collect or obtain Personal Data about you: directly from you (for example, when you contact us); in the course of our relationship with you (for example, if you are a customer, survey respondent or an Expert); when you make your Personal Data public (for example, through social networking or commercial sites); when you visit our Sites; when you register to use any of our Sites or services; when you interact with any third-party content or advertising on a Site; or when you visit our office. We may also receive Personal Data about you from third parties.

- WITH WHOM DOES THE COMPANY SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We operate in partnership with some other organizations to facilitate our activities. We describe here some situations in which we may share Personal Data so that our services can be provided in full: Suppliers and Partners, Client, Accounting Firm, Financial Institution, Website Provider, Internal System.
- WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS AS A PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT?
Your personal data is yours and Brazilian law guarantees you a series of rights related to it. We are committed to complying with these rights and, in this section, we will explain what these rights are and how you can exercise them. See below:

Information about the possibility of not consenting | You have the right to receive clear and complete information about the possibility and consequences of not providing consent, when it is requested by the VOISS . Your consent, when necessary, must be free and informed. Therefore, whenever we ask for your consent, you will be free to withhold it – in such cases, it is possible that some services cannot be provided. |
Revocation of consent | If you have consented to any purpose for which your personal data may be processed, you may always choose to revoke your consent. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to your revocation. If you revoke your consent, we may be unable to provide you with certain services, but we will notify you when this occurs. |
Opposition | The law authorizes the processing of Personal Data even without your consent or a contract with us. In these situations, we will only process your Personal Data if we have legitimate reasons to do so. If you do not agree with any purpose for which your Personal Data is processed, you may object, requesting that it be stopped. |
4.1 How will your request be analyzed and in how much time?
When we receive your request, our privacy team will review it and may respond to you in one of two ways, determining that: (i) your request is lawful and legitimate and should therefore be accepted; or (ii) your request has been denied and, for certain reasons, cannot be accepted. Don't worry, because even in the event of a denial, we will inform you of the reasons why your request was not approved. All our responses will always be sent by the same means by which you contacted us, whether by email or post.
If your request is accepted, we will do our best to contact our suppliers and business partners who may have access to your Personal Data so that they can also rectify, delete or exercise any other Right that you have requested. However, unfortunately we cannot guarantee the actual exercise of these Rights by these third parties, who use, disclose and protect Personal Data in accordance with their respective policies.
IMPORTANT NOTICES
For your safety, whenever you submit a request to exercise your rights, VOISS may request some additional information and/or documents so that we can verify your identity, seeking to prevent fraud. We do this to ensure everyone's security and privacy.
In some cases, the VOISS may have legitimate reasons for not complying with a request to exercise rights. These situations include, for example, cases where disclosure of specific information could violate the intellectual property rights or trade secrets of the VOISS or third parties, as well as cases in which requests for data deletion cannot be met due to the existence of an obligation on the part of VOISS to retain data, whether to comply with legal or regulatory obligations or to enable the defense of VOISS or third parties in disputes of any nature.
We may store and maintain, in the form of a record, a history of the Rights requests you have made so that we can, if necessary, present it to the competent authorities as proof that we have responded to the requests in a timely and appropriate manner, as established by law.
Still, some requests may not be responded to immediately, but the VOISS undertakes to respond to all requests within a reasonable time and always in compliance with applicable legislation.

- HOW LONG WILL PERSONAL DATA BE STORED?
A VOISS has a personal data retention policy in line with applicable law. Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, unless there is any other reason for its retention, such as compliance with any legal, regulatory, contractual obligations, among others permitted by law.
We always carry out a technical analysis to determine the appropriate retention period for each type of personal data collected, considering its nature, need for collection and purpose for which it will be processed, as well as any retention needs to comply with obligations or protect rights.
- HOW DOES VOISS PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Our responsibility is to take care of your personal data and use it only for the purposes described in this Policy. To guarantee your privacy and the protection of your personal data, we adopt advanced technological resources to guarantee the security of all data processed by VOISS. Among the security measures we have are the implementation of access controls to data processing systems and environments, encryption techniques and the installation of barriers against unauthorized access to databases (including firewalls), among other information security controls.
We strive to protect the privacy of your personal data, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee complete protection. Unauthorized entry and use by third parties of your information, hardware or software failures that are not under the control of VOISS and other external factors may compromise the security of your personal data. Therefore, your actions are essential to maintaining a safe environment for everyone.
