Start by registering with our network and you will be qualified based on your professional profile and LinkedIn.

Participate

You will be invited to participate in surveys, one-on-one interviews or group discussions to talk about a specific industry or provide feedback on a business strategy. Surveys typically last up to 10 minutes, and interviews typically last 30 to 60 minutes.

You will receive between R$50 and R$2,000 for your participation, depending on your seniority and the type of project you participate in. You can choose to receive payment via PIX or through gift cards at your favorite stores.

Payment is made after the project is completed and can be made via bank transfer or other previously agreed payment methods. We inform you of all the details before the start of each project.

Payments are made on the 15th and 30th of the month. In some cases, the payment schedule may vary depending on the specific project or agreements made in advance. We will always provide payment details before the start of each project to ensure full transparency.

Yes, you can! Most of our experts do not have a CNPJ. If this is also your case, you can receive payment as an individual, through an RPA (self-employed payment receipt).

If you are registered as a Legal Entity (PJ), it is your responsibility to pay the taxes due on the payments you receive. If you are registered as an Individual (PF), we collect the tax at source, in accordance with the current legislation, which means that the amount of taxes will be deducted from your payments before they are transferred to you. If you have specific questions about taxation or need more information, our support team is available to help you.

  • If you have a CNPJ: You will issue an invoice to Voiss and we will make the gross payment to your bank account. You will be responsible for collecting the taxes due, according to your company's tax bracket.
  • If you do not have a CNPJ: we will issue an RPA (self-employed payment receipt) to your CPF and deposit the net amount into your account, minus taxes. Tax discounts vary according to the amount you receive from Voiss within the month, and you will not need to pay additional taxes.
    • Up to R$2,259.20: 11% discount (11% INSS and 0% IRRF)
    • From R$2,259.21 to R$2,826.65: 18.5% discount (11% INSS and 7.5% IRRF)
    • From R$2,826.66 to R$3,751.05: 26% discount (11% INSS and 15% IRRF)
    • From R$3,751.06 to R$4,664.68: 33.5% discount (11% INSS and 22.5% IRRF) 
    • Above R$4,664.68: 38.5% discount (11% INSS and 27.5% IRRF)

If you receive payment as an individual, we send you an income statement with all payments made throughout the year so you can declare it on your income tax return.

RPA stands for “self-employed payment receipt”. It is the instrument we use to make payments to experts who receive payment as individuals and do not have a CNPJ.

We cannot estimate precisely, but as soon as there is demand for a person with your profile, you will be contacted immediately.
